Aside from the devastating personal trauma, the cost to our society to care for people living with a spinal injury is approximately $3.7 billion a year. Without an effective cure, the emotional and financial costs to individuals their families and to our community are life-long.
The Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation is dedicated to facilitating and funding world class research aimed at curing paralysis caused by spinal cord injury and supporting better outcomes for those living with paralysis.
