Adam Bennett-Smith is the founder and CEO of Koho and brings over 20 years cross disciplinary experience working in the private and community sectors. Starting out his professional life as a foreign exchange trader in Sydney and London, Adam later chose to leave the cut throat world of banking to pursue a long held passion for design and social enterprise.

After working on a number of successful IT start-up ventures in the late 1990’s Adam founded Koho with the single aim to create extraordinary housing for people of all abilities and financial means. These values remain true today and Adam continues to push the boundaries of social innovation and entrepreneurship.
