My journey on four wheels began at the age of 17 on the last day of grade 12, when I acquired my spinal cord injury at the C5 level. This is where I met Perry Cross at the PA Spinal Unit, and we have been mates ever since!

Over the past 32 years, I have supported Perry and the Foundation by volunteering at numerous events and helping raise funds for a cure for spinal research.  

I have been working as an office administrator and a peer support mentor at the Princess Alexandra Hospital Spinal Unit for the newly injured and their families, sharing my lived experience. I love hosting the monthly lab tours a the Griffith University Gold Coast Campus and the Cure Ambassador Program.
